Valentine's Day Gift Boxes

As each of our Valentine's Day Gift Boxes are personalised one off items, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges on these items.
 

REturns

If you change your mind about a product you've purchased from us, you're welcome to return it for a refund (excluding the shipping costs).

To return an item please:
1. Carefully package the product up with a copy of the receipt.
2. Print & complete our Returns Form.
3. Send the item and all supporting documents to us.
4. The purchase price (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the item in original condition.
 

Conditions of Refund:

  • Item is returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
  • The returned item is unused with original packaging.
  • Returned item is not a Gift Voucher or Custom order.


EXCHANGEs

Exchanges are currently not available. All returns via post to the above address will receive a refund provided the item meets our refund conditions requirements. If you would like a different product, simply place a new order.
 

OTHER INFORMATION

No receipt

If you do not have the original receipt or proof of purchase, we will provide a gift voucher valued at its current retail price, as long as the purchase meets the above criteria. 

Faulty item

If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, we will refund the purchase price and delivery charges, or provide a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 14 days.
