Our semi customisable wedding stationery collections shown in our online store are perfect for those who know what they want when they see it. The turnaround times and prices are also significantly faster and cheaper than most bespoke invitations.
Once you have placed your custom order through our online store, we will email you a digital proof within 1-2 business days. This is where you can let us know if any more changes are required to be made to the copy. Two rounds of revisions are included with your purchase. Additional rounds of changes will cost a further $40 per round, which will be billed separately and must be paid for prior to printing. Changes are limited to copy only, and do not include font, paper or printing method changes. Full bespoke invitation designs are available upon request.
printing & APPROVALS
Once the artwork has been approved in writing via email, we will commence printing immediately. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks from approval date (Foiling & Letterpress printing may take longer). Rush orders may be available on certain orders. If you require your order to be expedited, please contact us by email immediately to see if this is possible. Rush orders will incur additional fees.
No artwork changes can be made once the artwork has been approved and sent to print. Your approval in writing via email acts as final approval of the designs exactly as they appear within the Digital Proof. Changes requested beyond this point will incur reprinting fees. In no event will Tropica Weddings be responsible for incorrect text that has been approved by the customer, so please check the digital proof carefully.
If there are errors discovered within the text after the digital proof has been approved, Tropica Weddings will revise the design free of charge, however the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-printing at a discounted rate. Reprints required within less than 10 business days will incur a rush fee.
If the final prints do not match the approved Digital Proof, Tropica Weddings will offer a reprint of the order free of charge to remedy these errors. We will not be able to offer refunds at this point.
We make every effort to accurately display the colours of our products. However, the actual colour you see will depend on your computer system and monitor (or screen). We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will accurately display such colours. We do not offer refunds or reprints under these circumstances.
Tropica Weddings does not offer refunds to lower order quantities for custom products once the order is at printing stage. In the event you would like to increase your item quantities, we will issue an invoice to account for this additional cost. We always recommend ordering extras just in case you need more invites, as the printing prices for low quantities are much higher than your initial batch.
In the event you wish to cancel your custom order prior to the job being printed. A refund will be issued less our cancellation fee of $120 per custom item to cover design and administration.
All artwork and images are owned by Tropica Weddings and we maintain full legal ownership of the artwork included within our printed stationery. Under no circumstances may Tropica Weddings artwork be reproduced or repurposed within any print or digital media, resold or otherwise used for commercial gain.
